Booking and Payment Terms

An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required once your function date, details and approximate guest numbers have been agreed. Gerbera- Rose Ltd will then confirm your booking and the date the balance of your account will be due along with the security deposit. The remainder of the balance is required 30 days prior to your wedding/event. We appreciate that on occasions someone else (such as a parent) may wish to make payments due to us on your behalf. We are happy to accept such payments if we are aware of the person paying and Full Details are in place.

Delivery

Gerbera- Rose Ltd will delivery for free within 20 miles of our postal location CV7. Any further miles will be charged at 45p per mile. You will see this included in your invoice.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be added to your booking of £100 which will be payable with your remaining balance 30 days before your wedding/event. This will be refunded to you when items are collected and we have inspected and checked for any damages. Any breakages and damages to any of the items Gerbera-Rose provide will be taken from your security deposit. If the damages are higher than the £100, we will provide you with an invoice for the remaining amount.

Allergens

For any sweets that Gerbera- Rose provide, we will also supply you with a allergen list If you have severe allergies or have any dietary requirements that you have, please tell us 30 days before your wedding/event.

Cancellation by You

If you want to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so in writing. Please note that the initial non-refundable deposit of 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Health & Safety

We will always do our best to deliver and place our items to match your wedding plan, and where possible will check with you or your planner before we leave to ensure you are happy with placement .Our items are extremely heavy and are hand made from quality wood Please do not move or rearrange displays after we have confirmed placements, as this can cause damages to the items which could result in you losing your security deposit.
